Your domain, hosting and backups are set up in your organisation’s name. Your email stays in your own mailbox with your provider. Your branding, content and contact information remain yours.
You’re never stranded.
Customers who have their own Workspace deployment set up by HelixScribe receive their own working copy and a handover pack. Every workspace comes with a named backup contact, written response times, and a one-page guide to accessing your data and website. If HelixScribe cannot continue, you receive a working copy or data in standard formats, with a guide another developer can follow.
Leaving is fair.
Any handover fee and timescale are fixed in writing upfront. During setup, we show you how to take your website and data with you and record the arrangements for your domain, hosting and backups.
We keep the platform; you keep the right to use what’s yours.
HelixScribe retains ownership of the platform and underlying software. You retain your data, content, brand assets and the agreed right to use a working copy supplied to you. External providers and third-party software remain subject to their own licences.

A full Workspace export that brings your website, records, files and relevant settings into one portable handover. A complete export ZIP is not available today.
The company-wide promise applies now. Planned functionality is labelled separately so you can see what can be downloaded today and what needs an agreed handover.
Your handover pack
For your own Workspace deployment, the pack records how to run the working copy, where your domain, hosting and backups are held, how to access your data and website, and who to contact for support. It gives another developer a practical starting point.
Your mailbox remains with your email provider. A Workspace export does not replace the export or recovery controls offered by Gmail, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
